Maybe. But I do believe we are at the end of a deadline on answering subpoenas if they were reissued.

They brought back all of mine after I deleted everything somewhere around September 2019 because the negative comments about SafeSport, LK, MB, RG were so revolting to me. I don’t know why. I did not ask them to. That was after the big hack and later I also found my information from here was on the dark web. The great hack was discussed in these threads. It was discussed in the Technical Forums. When I brought it up to warn people about our information was on the dark web, nincompoops posting here accused me of threatening them even though I have been threaten, including just now with a lawsuit and a subpoena

So all of your objectionable posts came back because of a conspiracy? Curious.

Oh I have a BIG problem with it. The PD did a poor job documenting and protecting the scene. They made lots of mistakes - so I could see them moving the phones and not documenting chain of custody among those mistakes.

No i don’t think conspiracy. I think it was probably just coth trying to rebuild the forums from an old save.

It would not shock me if the phones were stacked on the table by LE and they just never explained that was not where the phones were actually found.

This is my thinking as well. Its like some younger officer was bored and thought stacking the phones on the table was the best way to preserve them for evidence. Its just SO unnatural.

Think of how many times we put our phones on the table during lunch or dinner - you never stack them together. its just odd.

So, y’all just think it’s no big deal that the police misrepresented the crime scene and its evidence during their testimony and everyone just went with it? That the original locations of the phones don’t say anything important about where the struggle might have taken place or started?

If the casings had been moved to keep them dry out of the rain to preserve DNA, you wouldn’t have a problem with them being stipulated to their moved locations and their original locations not being testified to?

I think 50 plus people answered an “active shooter” call and the crime scene was chaotic. How much information could they have obtained from shorted out telephones? Maybe all? Maybe none? Maybe trying to get data from the phone companies?
