I donât know if they did, either, but who knows why the police did and didnât do anything at that crime scene. I presume âpolice trashâ is things they donât come back for, like yellow tape, flags, coffee cups. Maybe?

Itâs all the gloves, and bags, and other things they had all over the scene in the evidence pictures. I assume the umbrellas were being used to try to keep things dry. They mentioned it with the first witness. The prosecution also admitted that they moved the loveseat around the scene as well. In some pictures itâs on itâs side on the porch steps and in others itâs on the concrete patio by the table/bush. No explanations given for why it was moved around, how it was found. Itâs just never mentioned except to point out that it was moved around the scene during LKâs testimony and that she was sitting on it when MB arrived. She was asked to point it out on a picture.

Disclaimer, I do not know any facts about this exact house or its zoning or any of that.
The answer to your question can be zoning or other rules put in place by the location.
I owned a double at one point. It also had a full finished third floor apartment, with all the required egress and everything to meet code. That apartment would make it a three family.
It was in a neighborhood with lots of old houses turned to rental units, some four family, some two family.
What I learned after doing some research was that the town leaders were tired of landlords and rentals so they passed a law (ordinance? code? who knows what the right term is) that there were to be no additional units added. At the time of the new law whatever the house was being used as was all it was allowed to be moving forward. I have no idea why the third floor unit was not counted when this happened but my house was a two family, with an empty third floor apartment.
Not saying this is what happened at HH. I have no idea what the basement was about. I am not really sure what the basement being habitable or not has to do with anything either. I do not get why you keep harping on it like it matters. It kind of seems like the latest distraction technique.

I do believe it is less than 1-2 minutes. Quite a bit less than 1-2 minutes.
That is an eternity of time to not watch someone in a criminal case like this.

You really should go watch the trial where she admits under oath that her goal was to ruin him.
That was before any shooting or anything. She wanted to intentionally ruin another person because they did not want to train her anymore.
This has nothing at all to do with empathy for mental health issues. Actually, if that is what you are going with then that should give you even more reason to not like Lauren because she intentionally used Michaelâs past mental health issues against him while plotting to finish him. How is that OK?

Remember LK posting that when she returned to âtheir houseâ after she was released, it was so upsetting because there was still blood all over the grass and she was so disturbed she had to leave? Uh-huh. IF there was any blood on the ground after all that rain and 3 weeksâ time, it was Barisoneâs blood and she should have been upset!
As far as the Kanarek family being âtormentedâ on these threads, two thoughts - 1) donât come here to read the truth about their darling princess, and 2) sometimes the truth hurts, but I feel certain theyâve known that for years with this offspring. I think Kirby actually delights in reading the threads for notoriety.

That was meant to represent me finally catching up! Crazy year-end work plus flying Asia - US - Europe meant I was, at various times, up to 800 posts behind. But a long layover plus business lounge wifi = I finally caught up enough that when I landed I was only 300+ behind and now Iâm current.
I will admit to skimming several, how do you say, repetitive posts.
