It has been speculated upon that RG is now in NC. With the recent filing, I believe it was confirmed RG is in NC and I’m wondering if that is to try to escape NJ’s subpoena powers?
I also think RG’s financial information could be relevant by showing purchases such as the recording devices.

My experience with medical specialists as well. For one thing, fax is more secure from data breech. As long as you have reliable staff to send it and pick it up off the printer and file it at the other end. Can’t be hacked, can’t be falsified as easily, can’t be sent to multiple parties by mistake etc. I don’t like fax and have never needed to use it much but it’s absolutely still around and syncs up with systems that still use paper files.

I’m 5’2" and 112 pounds, and have handled 1500#plus stallions, young horses and colts, breeding stallions,etc among others … handily.
You need to get out more. Size isn’t all that matters and thinking so is naive.

Not commenting on if this event actually happened - but MB is a large strong man who rode GP dressage. He’s definitely going to be strong. LK is tiny and frail. While some small people can be super strong I don’t think that is the case here. Scary on the other hand, well anyone can be scary.
Have you ever seen the videos of elephants spooking from mice? Size is not always the issue.

Obviously Sceusi isn’t bought off (evidenced by the fact that he quickly acted ethically to out JK’s unethical behavior), hence the egregious stupidity of sending ex parte communications to him.

With everything that had being going on at the farm leading up to this, if she got in my face (and I’m a lot bigger and likely stronger than her) I’d likely back the heck away too. I’d have to be hellish angry to get physical, and it sounds like her gaslighting and terrorist attacks on multiple levels had him more terrified than angry. Lack of sleep and worry can do that to a person. Besides LK commented on it happening, so it must have right?

The judges I am familiar with do NOT like this sort of unethical behavior. They give leeway to pro se litigants, NOT so much attorneys.

Do you know for a fact that JK did not cc the other attorneys on his email? If he did cc them, I’d think the judge would still communicate it himself to all parties just to be super careful on his end.

Didn’t Lauren Kanarek admit under oath that she bullied Michael and would not let him into his own truck? So I don’t really think the size difference being a disadvantage to Lauren Kanarek is really up for discussion/debate. She says herself that her size is not a problem against Michael.
