We are so sick of this broken record. Please give it up. If SS/USEF thought he shot her I doubt his ruling would be “allegations of misconduct”.
How do I know his sanction will be lifted you ask? Sit back and watch, mkay?
Of course if daddy lobbied Taylor and Schellhorn and attempted to sway Sceusi, there is no doubt he will try to lobby USEF/SS as well. I suspect he has already attempted that route based on his and his daughter’s fury and hatred over all things USEF.

I expect lawyers, like plastic surgeons, get a sense of who their target clients are over time, and there are fortunes to be made defending low life repeat offenders, just as there is in advertising on the subway for budget BBL and rhinoplasty aimed at the Spanish speaking communities of the NYC outer boroughs. There may be a point at which it pays to make yourself seem stupider than you are in your ads. I’m not the target customer.

I am still curious… what would make a lawyer think it is OK to email the judge?
Even more so, a Lawyer who claims (in that post here that has been posted here several times now) to have a hired lawyer to handle this situation.
Why would anyone think emailing the judge is OK? What would make them do that?

Another serious question….since JK hired the lawyer to handle the situation, and it was LK’s lawyer that has filed all the responses and emailing of opposing counsel, does that mean JK is paying for Nagle after all? Drat…exposing yet more lies…

JK could be paying for Nagel but that’s not unusual to have someone other than the client paying. What is more unusual is having a witness go whinging to the judge about something that hasn’t happened. (JK had only been subpoenaed for docs but is apparently upset about being deposed). And to have a lawyer complaining about a party verifying evidence.
The reply to the response to Schellhorn’s motion is red-flagging a lot of things for the judge. Yeah, the implications are big. At this point Nagel needs to stop talking to jk. And get a handle on his client that he does represent. He’s getting into bar b!tch territory…

Not, not unusual at all, except IM/JK has previously said that he wasn’t paying for LK’s attorney….so, who is he paying to represent him when it’s been Nagle’s firm doing all the work and Nagel represents LK.

SS is investigating to determine what if any sanctions they will impose.
Shooting someone is not “sexual misconduct”, but it’s misconduct. How would you have worded the explanation for why he is being investigated?
