MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

I have been looking at the timelines @ekat so generously provided the other day (in hopes of trying to figure out a way to make some sort of visual chart - but it’s not going well, so don’t chomp at the bit too much waiting for them).

At any rate - I noticed that there were only a few events in April, May and June, and then things heated up drastically after June 24. For example:
4/3 - LK FB post with veiled warnings or threats
4/20 - LK FB post with veiled warnings or threats
4/26 - LK FB post with not so veiled putdown apparently aimed at MHG
4/27 - Barn meeting with MB, MHG, LK, JK
late May/early June - Symphony arrives at HH
June (date unknown) - MB/Tarshis discussion re getting LK to leave
6/24 - LK FB post regarding surveillance devices, with veiled warnings or threats

Then began an absolute flurry of posts, text messages, etc. (According to ekat’s list, there were 23 separate incidents/activities in July, and 38(!) in just the first week of August.)

So nothing between 4/3 and 4/20. And nothing through most of May and first part of June. Then things started unraveling at a rapid pace in late June.

So what happened in June to cause her to go so completely off the deep end? Is it possible that was when she learned that MB wanted her to leave? And that realization was what drove her to go nuclear and launch a war of retaliation against MB?

It is looking more and more as though MB isn’t the only one that had a breakdown - only hers preceded his by a good 30-60 days.

That’s possible.

Did they attend a show somewhere in the interim? Maybe if she did not get the scores she wanted with whatever the recent training program was, that set her off.

There are people who think the squeaky wheel gets the grease, rather than an eviction notice.

April 3: LK FB post about a specific business owner (not named) keeping both eyes open. “Control is the name of the game.” #BipolarNarcissist “I’m narcissistic and I have delusions of grandeur.”

April 20: LK FB post that she put up cameras around the property

April 26: LK FB post, Money can’t buy class, spending other people’s money makes you tacky (the irony in this post) with hashtags like #neverkissyourass, #nobrownnosing

April 27: Meeting with MHG, MB, LK, and her dad. MHG told her to leave.

End of May or beginning of June Symphony comes to farm, making a total of 4 horses (Even Better and Front Line plus Jay T that she bought from MB already there)

June 24: LK FB post “the neighbors” are all watching you with surveillance devices which they will surely use one day to destroy your life.

June (unspecified date) MB first talks to Tarshis about getting LK to leave.

July 10: CPS search on LK’s phone

July 10: LK FB Post “Lordy I hope there are tapes. When in doubt, memos”.

July 11: LK text to Dad and RG that she had gained access to MB’s office, “I can write contracts, get his signature, whatever I need to do.”

July 12: FB posts about MHG (king captured, queen killed)

July 12: LK FB post about not waking the beast napping inside her

July 12: LK text describing backing MB up to his truck and not letting him leave earlier that night (day?)

July 13: MB text to MHG “I will make it so miserable they want to leave”

July 14: LK FB post that calls MHG pond scum, “I hope my wrath is never called upon”

July 21: FB post I don’t bluff

Horse show 07/23-07/24

July 23: (while at horse show) LK FB post about coming in with weapons hot

July 25: rambling FB Post about MHG, mentions recordings and videos, “it’s war”

July 25: Text between LK and Dad that she knew Michael was scared

End of July Mr Tarshis starts negotiating with JK for at least a week.

July 31: LK says she bought the cameras

Either July 31 or Aug 1 2019 MB and MHG move out of farmhouse and into barn

Aug 1: 2nd 911 call - this is the call that came about to report that RG was bullying, intimating, and harassing two minors, among other issues.

Aug 1: Hay Guy starts watching barn. I love Hay Guy.

Aug 2: text between LK and dad about admissibility of recordings

Aug 2: LK text that she’s going to look for Michael’s cameras and disable them if found

Aug 2: Mr Tarshis believes he and JK have reached an agreement for LK to move.

Aug 2: LK makes call to SS, per her testimony

Aug 2: Ruth Cox arrives

Aug 3: Instead of packing, RG was doing internet searches to find MHG’s kids. (From MB’s suit against police)

Aug 3: force of numbers, wait till Monday texts between MHG and MB (where MHG asks why they can’t tell LK they are evicting her)

Aug 3: 911 call. This is when LK tells police she has hidden recordings

Aug 4: LK text to MB that a family including an elderly person and a child were coming to ride the horses and possibly stay at house (makes those waivers make sense…)

Aug 4: LK FB post about how many bullets her gun held

Aug 4: 911 call where RG can be heard shouting in background - this is after LK and RC argued over LK feeding RC’s horse and after the whole waiver incident that LK refused to sign, prompting RG to threaten MB (per RC testimony)

Aug 4: Search for exploding bullets

Aug 4th late night/possibly early Aug 5th: people were incapable of unplugging a dryer

Aug 5: Steve Tarshis emails a notice to leave letter to LK - Could this have been a 3-day notice, since he gave her till Aug 7th to get out? Presumably with the intent of filing an eviction on the 8th?

Aug 5: MB goes to police station

Aug 5: Another “Michael is scared” text to dad

Aug 5: Michael knows we have recordings text to dad.

Aug 5: LK reports MB to SS (based on her sm posts).

Aug 5: JK hires ED

Aug 5: RG takes his handwritten (by LK) complaint to the building inspectors

Aug 6: LK served with eviction notice.

Aug 6: cameras installed per LK interrogatories in civil suit

Aug 6: LK says again, Michael is deathly afraid in text. Recipient unclear.

Aug 6: LK posts insanity manifesto on FB; also “solid gold” post on FB

It is looking more and more as though MB isn’t the only one that had a breakdown - only hers preceded his by a good 30-60 days.

So it looks like on 4/20 LK posts on FB that she has put up cameras around the property. Entirely possible this is when the recording devices were planted. July 10th, LK references recordings and “memos,” which has been established as something LK used when recording conversations. I think it’s safe to assume she overheard conversations in July. I imagine they were not pleasant and she was fully aware no one liked her or wanted her there.

April 27th, MHG personally tells LK to leave.

Beginning of June, LK brings another horse to the farm, making that the 4th horse. I think this was a key event in creating turmoil leading up to July and August.

Also in June, Tarshis and MB are negotiating LK’s exit. I think this was also a very key event to LK even though I do believe LK knew she was no longer wanted sooner by that, at the very minimum by MHG in April.

Obviously I know that. A poster was claiming that 30 days notice clause can require you to pay the month AFTER you are evicted. Which, I asked if that was a thing or not. So far many run around other expenses and what not have been answered and confirmed but not the exact question I asked.

People have answered you and said, yea, they have seen that be the case. You didn’t like their answers and claimed not to believe them. I don’t see why the discussion would continue at that point but since you obviously don’t want to let it go, how about starting your own thread on that topic since it isn’t even tangentially related to the Barisone case

I think what happened was, until that point she thought being her miserable/sneaking/tormenting self would get Michael to be pushed into doing what she wanted, because he had been pushed into doing what she had wanted in the past. When it started to look like she was not going to get her way, she went into overdrive to get her way. She never imagines (now or then) that things will not go her way.

You know, most people, if they aren’t happy with a trainer, just go find a new one. LK’s actual response to the situation is one I would never imagine. The idea that LK wanted a personal relationship with MB is very plausible to me.

If you know something for a fact, you state the fact and perhaps the basis in fact, for example that KK acknowledged herself that she was Seeker1 and that COTH confirmed the identity via subpoena.

If you believe IM is JK but do not know it for a fact, you say “by information and belief …” because the lawyer would otherwise get into trouble if it turned out IM was not JK.

Mark Silver, reading the Coth posts by IM, would say IM is JK “by information and belief” just based on the discussion in COTH.

He had no confirming information, either from JK or from COTH.

I found it very curious that Coth had confirmed the identities of Seeker and LaLaPop Rider by subpoena, but not that of IM.

Perhaps Coth is willing to confirm if the user has dropped anonymity, but not willing to confirm those who have not dropped anonymity.

Of course if one lawyer can subpoena Coth for user identities, the other lawyers can, too.

For her, living on the farm was very, very important. Look, she really didn’t have much to do except wander down to the barn and ride one of her four horses when she felt like it. Man, I would like that life!

All along I have thought that there has to some other reason other than the proximity to the horses or $0 rent for them being so emphatic that they had to stay there. Was there someone on the farm or someone who came often (like a delivery driver) who was a “supplier”? Her struggle to stay there has always seemed overdone to me.

To clarify: His focused, dedicated, talented, currently riding FEI levels girlfriend. It wasn’t just the romantic component that made the difference
