For the full effect of the podcast it is super fun to watch people who have zero horse knowledge analyze some of the main points of the case. Even though they don’t have any horse common sense they sure can spot so many of the issues we’ve been discussing here.
It’s hilarious to think that any person in their right mind would see it any other way (as 99% of the population does) all in all it was really hilarious 
I highly recommend watching it.
They could have included so much more since they were looking at civil court docs. Oh well, they seemed to have hit most of the highlights about the criminal trial and ongoing perceptions that will come into play in the civil trial.

I’ve also got an Oodie, the avocado toast one, it’s fabulous! I changed my avatar to my dream bathrobe from an amazing shop in Covent Garden, London, their stuff is lush. I’ve not only been accused of being a member of the illegal bathrobe mob here in the LK threads, but personally accused by The Maestro of living my Mom’s basement and wearing a bathrobe (yes, I’m a proud member of Swamp Town), so I figure I’m well qualified at this point.

I am over 1/2 a century. TMI but went back to Doc to get the implant in my arm for 3 years for contraception. She said okay until she noticed my birth date. She said I do not need it and could do nothing.

She made me promise that if I had a blood test and it came back that I did not have hormones that I would agree not to get it.
She rang me to tell me I needed it. I laughed and said so you are telling me I am still young! At the appointment she said that all her Doctor friends are jealous. Then she said all her friends are jealous as well.
I went back onto ebay and got a dark blue oodie for $19.00 with free postage.
On another one were lovely printed oodies with wolves, sharks, dinosaurs, etc, etc but no horses so I went with the cheaper one.
I will watch that, or is it listen to, that podcast later. I should go and do something productive while there is still light.

There is a cork board behind Michael Smith that has some interesting post-it notes on it.
I can see a “social media assault” post-it with a line going down to “crazy horse people” and then upwards to another note “horse ballet.”

I’m 6 ft tall so sneaking around undetected like a ninja is not my forte.
Ha, I spent the weekend taking my dog to various fall festivals in the morning and watching football in the afternoon (Go Alabama, Go Packers), and I didn’t even know the thread was back open.
And I just tried to change my avatar to show my bathrobe (or a similar one) but can’t seem to get it sized correctly. So I went with this one instead. It might be better because I occasionally post on other threads and forums, and folks on those threads may not “get it” about the bathrobe.
Edited to say that although my current avatar is an alien, I am not an “Alien Lizard Humanoid” of the type Dr. Grande discusses in his podcasts.
You forgot Bench Warrants for JK and KK for Contempt of Court. I don’t even know if that is a legal possibility, but it would be quite ironic if it happened. Maybe even amusing. 
And I am still catching up on the thread so don’t know if anyone has already posted this - but I just checked the court site and there were no new filings uploaded over the weekend. We are still at 9/16 and holding.
You would just blend in with the rest of us, who also post all over the forum while having a bathrobe as our avatar.
I haven’t watched it yet, but wanted to say that the person in question believes anything she does is “the right thing.” Laws, and rules, and the mores of a civilized society be damned - folks like that do what they want because they are ruled by their Id, with feeble attempts from time to time to allow Ego to direct them (Freudian concepts about personality. Sociopaths are usually ruled by their Id.
I finally emerge from the stomach flu and wade my way through about 1000 posts - everyone has bathrobes, the dude abides here on the forum, (and is friends with Dread Pirate Robert’s) there are new podcasts….but no new case developments. Time marches on, except with regard to the New Jersey civil court system.
