MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

yep. Good thing it was QFP since he went back and edited that tidbit out. Also supplying you a post of where is further asserts that LK and MB got along just fine.

But JK (aka IM) also negotiated another barn for LK to move to before the shooting happened (and I assume thought she would actually move)… If he also thinks she would train with MB again - does he really know his daughter?

The case management conference under Mediator Eisner is showing completed. Everything else is still showing pending. Does each Judge complete their own portion?

He made these shoddy lies to make Lauren seem like an innocent student caught in the crossfire and MHG was the big baddie. Sorry IM - your attempt at fictional world-building didn’t work.

Or were all those things just more K family misdirection?

Let’s go far, far out on a limb, and say MHG was on MB’s case about LK leaving, and giving him a hard time, etc. (my husband would hear an ear full if we had a tenant like this but I also assume JK/IM is also being dishonest about anything related to MHG). How in ANYWAY would any of LK’s behavior then be justified? Even if MHG were the big bad wolf, how are LK’s false allegation of child abuse towards MB then ok? How is her social media campaign against MB ok? How are the veiled threats about guns, the illegal recording devices, access to MB’s office, documents and signature and potential fraudulent behavior… so on and so forth… how is ANY of LK’s behavior justified and ok? It isn’t.

IM and LK can paint MHG as the source of evil all day but MHG never did anything remotely close to the heinous things LK has.

Of course these questions are generalized and not aimed at you, Batcoach.

Also, IM/JK chalking up LK’s behavior as just a “pain in the ass” is beyond delusional and dishonest. Understatement of the year.

Anyone who has been in the horse business for more than five minutes has dealt with their fair share of PITA clients. This type of behavior from LK is absolutely, positively not included in that category. At all.

On a lighter note, went to check the weather and the ad on the weather network was bathrobes! Anyone have a favorite?

You are so right! 20 years here and I have tossed a few people out over the years, none were as bad as LK. I did deal with someone in the corporate world like her minus the drugs and I can tell you she was still trying to get at me 15 years later.

Talk about delusional. It isn’t lost on me that both of those condescending posts were directed at me. Hmmm, who is having the last laugh?

Speaking of MHG, she has a new client who seems to be scooping up schoolmasters with a goal of attending the 2026 Asian Games. I guess she’s doing well for herself and her students have confidence in her abilities. Oh, but wait, it’s all about The Name on the Door!

I saw that! What a testament to her training, was thinking.

I was recently asked by my financial advisor if I was familiar with the situation. I shared with her Links of this thread and the YouTube trial links. I asked her opinion before I gave my recap so as not to sully her opinion. It seemed as though at first she thought Barisone was in the wrong until she heard the other side. Interesting to get the opinion of the non horse public indeed. And I thought 48 hours was rather favorable to the Ks vs all the information available otherwise.

No, MHG just said “I’m going to effing kill her” to a delusional man and perhaps threatened to leave him if he didn’t “get rid of” LK.

wow…far reach there! Go back to the trial and see who was out to ruin someone…
your fixation on MHG again leads me to believe you have a motive here.

Yes, that’s what I’ve been asking. If the evidence was not sufficient to establish that he shot her to the standard of “beyond a reasonable doubt”, why didn’t the jury come back with straight NG on the two counts related to LK?

What do you mean by the assertion that possibly the jury “felt it too risky of a strategy”?

The jury doesn’t have a “strategy”. They’re charged with evaluating the evidence and the testimony and rendering a verdict based on their evaluation.

I have never said that I have absolute or 100% certainty. How often in life does anyone have 100% certainty or absolute proof about anything?

Nice, neutral 48 Hours explained the basis of the stress on MB as his being caught between two women fighting fit his attention.

That’s the basic reality.

Only here on CoTH is there a fantasy that LK can be throwing all her efforts into an epic tug of war when there is no one holding the other side of the rope.

It doesn’t even make sense. Not in fiction. Not in real life.

I’m not fixated on MHG. I’m just not following orders from Eggbutt that MHG may not be spoken of. That may be why a few sparse references to MHG seem so jarring to you.

[Edit] the jury doesn’t have a strategy. That’s not even what I said or meant.

You’re being deliberately obtuse here, and I don’t wish to engage with you further on the matter.

OMG. Back to this again… and again… and again… and again. Both of those sayings express frustration as opposed to murder - which is exactly what you would be saying if LK used the exact same words - in lengthy lectures. Even “delusional” MB would recognize that…

This obtuse fixation on that… and MHG being the root of all evil who caused everything … has gotten a bit OTT and strange.
