I love the suggestion of something useful with a nice nameplate attached to it. Like a bridle etc.
I don’t know how long your trainer has been in the business but she’s probably got more bits than she knows what to do with and it’s nice to have extra headstalls etc for shows etc.
I don’t know what her show set up is but if she’s been eying another bridle rack or saddle rack, you could buy her one of those and have a brass nameplate attached to it with something like "Thank you for everything! Love, …) Phoenix West can hook you up with things like that.
If she travels a lot and has a big set up, it might be nice to add to her collection with a speciality item like a new name banner etc or a nice wooden sign for her set up. Then you could put a note on the back of it. That way you’ll be there with her at the shows and she’ll think of you whenever she sees it.

If she personally shows and doesn’t have a nice cooler or scrim with her barn name on it, it might be great to have one made with the farm name etc on it for her personal horses. Good advertising especially if she has some nice ones doing the big classes where lots will see it. That would also remind her of you as they take it off right before she mounts to ride in a Prix or Derby:)
