This really shows the American justice system in a poor light. The horse is dead. The race is passed. The drugs was found - and I don’t think B ever disputed that - yet here we are in 2023 and yet another frivolous legal action comes along. However, as the USA has more lawyers than physicians per head of population, at least the system keeps lawyers employed.
