The first mention of this was in the response to the delay request as filed by GAS. I expect if the deposition is not able to be scheduled by March 30, we’ll see a letter to that effect that may detail these “restrictions” and ask the judge to rule on them.

I like that this judge is moving things along, but I hope this order doesn’t put more undue pressure on Mr. D and Mr. B since MB’s Krol hearing is March 8, and the deadline for additional discovery requests is March 9. Although I guess D is focusing on the civil part while B is focusing on the Krol part, it seems to be shaping up as a few busy weeks for them.

The attorneys from both sides have already agreed to this, they just needed the judge to sign off on it, and he has.

Categorically untrue. Your very similar style of posting is what made people compare you to the Duchess. I don’t know that anyone has accused you (at least not recently) of being the Duchess, but many - myself included - have noted the similarities in style and tactic. If you think that anyone whose position or posting volume would conjure the same comparison, perhaps you’re not at all familiar with the Duchess from the North.

5 & 6 sound backwards. Shouldn’t it be plaintiff’s disability report and defendant’s liability report? Or is it that each has to report on the claim of the other? (LK has to show proof of MB’s liability for her injury, and MB has to show proof of LK’s lack of disability after the shooting)
