@Knights_Mom, I heard once that a landlord can limit the occupany on a dwelling. For example if a home or apartment has 3 bedrooms but a landlord wants to limit to 2 people they can. I don’t know if it would be a state specific thing or not. Is this true?
@Seeker1, Kirby Kanarek, the texts in the filing today are kind of pixelated. Any chance you can transcribe them for us and provide transcripts so they are easier to read? I am sure your family members can help you with what they say since they wrote them all.
If LK wanted other people to ride her horses, why not move them to a facility the people had access to?
None of the BNTs around me would allow another person to come in and work with a client’s horse unless the BNT arranged for it and profited somehow from it.
I have not heard of this. Certainly it can be outlined in a lease. You can put anything in a lease agreement. In my state I never came across an eviction which was filed due to too many occupants alone.
Not one, not two, but three related people barge into a private party with personal business requests and announcements? I’d die of embarrassment if a family member behaved like that. That’s akin to cornering a veterinarian at a party with multiple questions about Dobbin. What a bunch of rubes.
I’ve just begun reading the filing by Chris Deininger and all I have to say after reading three pages is, what a shame the Kanarek family can’t afford or find an attorney as capable as Mr Deininger. Um, on second thought I am thrilled they are unable to obtain competent legal representation!
The NJ state records for that area give a strong indication of an improper relationship between The Kanarek Family and the custodians of the local Judicial system, so I wouldn’t put it past them to have a say or undue influence in what manner/how Barisone could be punished.
