Speaking of…anyone remember the weird 911 call JK made?
Interesting. You enjoy your interactions with “many posters” on COTH but decline to state whether you are proud of your association with the particular posters I asked about. Ouch.

Do you consider yourself a member of the EIM, VHM? Are you proud of your association with @eggbutt, @Knights_Mom, @Sdel, and @trubandloki?
I truly am in The Mob if I have “Associates”. You can refer to us by our mob names. I’m Knights The Hooverator Mom because I vacuum up false legal claims.
I don’t think being licensed is universally required in every state, is it?
I’m not aware if it is, so I can see others not knowing that it may be required.
.
New York
At the time of this posting, asbestos abatement and crane-operating pros require licensing at the state level from the New York State Department of Safety and Health, but general contractors do not. However, your town or county could have separate licensure guidelines, so check before hiring.

There are a couple of different ways that a hospital/ER learns of a patient’s medical history. 1 can definitely be family. Not sure if NJ has or had an HIE (health information exchange) but that is another way that important health information can be obtained. However something like suboxone is not considered life sustaining and probably would not be continued in a critical care setting. As an interesting aside, if a person comes in who is in active addiction, it may be determined that detoxing while undergoing another trauma or critical situation is not advised. A toxicology screen can be run in the ER if addiction is suspected.
Thank you for your answer!
I assumed that detoxing on Suboxone fell into the category of something they would not someone to undergo while dealing with some other trauma. That is why I asked. I did not realize that it was something they would just let them skip while they were there.
Interesting.
Thank you again!

LOL. Another mob member who can detect “tells”.
Tell me @DownYonder, what does my “tell” tell you?
LOL.
I thought you frowned upon people who giggled and made jokes about the mob?
I said I would never self identify as a member of a mob and act like I’m proud of mob membership by self identifying.

OMG I’m crying!!
Crying because VHM sidestepped saying she was proud of her association with you?
I guess she’ll have to claim she’s proud of the association at this point.

Be careful, we elderly folks might leak a little if we laugh too hard. Be prepared.
No. I mea would his record be cleared and other perpetrators be charged. They weren’t charged, so double jeopardy wouldn’t apply.

Michael is a man with many talents so if anyone can shoot themselves with a totally broken arm, a traumatic brain injury, a groin chewed to bits and being unconscious, Michael can, right?
Don’t forget, empty gun. Yes, I know, an extra clip magically appeared. But still, he would have had to reload, while unconscious, with a mangled arm, TBI, and a mauled groin.
LOL. Found in the shooter’s pocket is “magically appearing”.

Not found by the first officer.

Well, I think the word “association” is a bit weird. It seems like you are implying that there is some sort of conspiracy amongst us going on.
Since that is not the case, I decided to sidestep that.
But in general, I am quite comfortable with the fact that I seem to see eye to eye about this case with other posters who:
- Don’t have long arrest records for things like aggravated assault and burglary
- Don’t have lengthy histories of opioid addiction and dependence
- Don’t have social media profiles that most of civilized society consider indicative of a pathological personality disorder
- Are not considered pariahs by most of the Dressage community on the entire East Coast of the US
- Actually have some accomplishments to speak of when it comes to education and professional careers
How about you? Are you proud of your associations?

He does not have a criminal record because he was acquitted.

LOL.

And she felt the need to rehash on Fackbook what was a private pm message with two of her main cohorts! Who does that? Such bravado! Both of those women need subpoenas (Shelley and Pal) for depositions.
Like her pride in making MB try to escape her aggressive altercation…
Funny not funny that LEO did such a terrible job collecting evidence

Yes. Here is a handy dandy org chart I found.
I believe you fit in at the “Capo” level. As a Lieutenant, I fall under the “Soldier” level. That makes me one step up from an Associate.
If I keep on working hard at this thing, I too might make “Capo” one day.
Clearly it varies. In my state, you better be licensed! In New Jersey and Florida, general contractors need to be licensed. As those are the two states where Michael did business, I can see why he might have believe that OF COURSE RG was licensed. Particularly if he was told he was licensed by JK, RG or LK (big if).

LOL
That was the testimony. I didn’t think it was funny. Apparently you do. Ok.
Pray tell, how was unconscious Michael, with his mangled arm, going to a) eject the empty clip, b) find the magazine that a conscious police officer didn’t find, reload the gun and then do, what was it you said?

He might have finished off LK, killed RG and turned the gun on himself
Remember, we’re referring to police officer appearing on the scene and saving Michael and LK’s life.

Oh my gosh, I forgot that part.
How does one reload with only one functioning arm, and it is not their dominant arm?
I think I need to go watch some movies to see how the heroes do that. But darn, those heroes do not have the TBI, mauled groin and unconscious thing.
