Do some people not grasp what’s out there on the internet and/or public information? Some of us are better at the internet, searching, and putting things together than others. Or they simply forget what’s out there. So many little corners of the internet.

Is it creepy? Well, I suppose that’s down to one’s personal opinion.

I thought @LexInVA searching out and publicly posting details of RGs childhood super creepy. Disgusting in fact.

I apologize if it’s been shared already (I skimmed through but don’t have time to read each reply thoroughly), but someone posted to horseshowdiva trying to figure out who LexInVA is, and how they can find out so much about people’s childhood records. There’s also something in the post introducing the idea that Lex is making up the information, so perhaps some of it is getting a bit too close to the truth for the K clan?

This needs to be seen by everyone here and it is to me proof the LexInVA is 100% on the money!

I agree that Lex must have hit a nerve but darn, why do people have to do things like this.

To my knowledge, @LexInVA has not been wrong or even a little bit off - ever. I suspect if Lex makes a statement, they have the receipts to back up the statement.

I wonder if Lex has ever been on the receiving end of the K’s PM threats? Something tells me they haven’t because, again, they have publicly available information to verify their words. The truth has never been a friend to the Kanareks.

Everything I have posted came from public information sources that are freely available to anyone to peruse and gather information from. I supplied the Mods with the information directly, when they asked about specific things that the K’s had taken issue with having out there and they accepted it. HSD is a bunch of sock puppet accounts that talk to one another, giving the impression of a legit website that puts forth gossip, with the false air of being an industry powerhouse. The man behind HSD is mentally ill and was outed years ago by Mason Phelps Jr, who got him expelled from having any future in the sport for what he had been doing in trying to harm children and others through gossip, bullying, and harassment, though he still operates on the fringe, with the assistance of some other people who are also known to be questionable and associated with the anti-Safesport group.

Isn’t it odd what some find “creepy”? Terrorizing a woman, a stranger in fact, who just lost her toddler in a drowning accident apparently isn’t “creepy” but posting facts about a person of ill repute is “creepy” to them. This should tell you all you need to know about the person what they consider creepy.

Your example is wrong because you are starting with a faulty premise. Each defendant is an individual defendant, defending individual claims. There is no collective defendant.

Maybe my really bad artwork will help.

You are still trying to lump all of the defendants together. As ekat has said before, you need to think of it as 3 SEPARATE trials -

First, no one but LK and SGF. There are 3 or 4 counts against SGF (I forget exactyl how many) Is SGF or LK more than 50 % responsible in the counts against SGF. If SGF is less than 50% responsible in the claims against it in a particular count, then no judgment from SGF for LK for that count.

Next, look at the claims of LK against MB. Again, there are multiple counts against MB. If MB is less than 50% responsible in the claims against him for any particular count, then no judgment from MB for LK for that count.

Same thing then goes for RC.

In determining liability (BEFORE you get to damages) you need to go through the process for each defendant and for each of the counts for each defendant. I don’t think it will go this way, but it could happen that a defendant is determined to have liability for some counts, but not others. Once liability is determined, ONLY then is there a determination as to the damages owed by that particular defendant for the liability the are responsible for

Um, what is HSD?

HSD = Horse Show Diva

It’s a gossip forum created by Matthew Fells Trent (AKA Matthew F. Ramos), who went around posting malicious things, bullying children and adults online, and got embroiled in a lawsuit or two at one point or another. He would use his forum and fake SM accounts to obtain and spread information in the H/J scene about who was into what and what was going on behind closed doors and a lot of it was just plain false. He was identified and outed in the media after he was caught trying to take inappropriate photos of children riders at Wellington. He was more or less thrown out, but continues to operate on the fringe, with the assistance of some other disreputable folks, and is unapologetic about what he’s done over the years. Safesport simply hasn’t gotten around to banning him because he’s under the radar and hasn’t been reported yet. The site was taken offline a few times, but popped back up for keeps after the anti-Safesport movement got started after GM got banned. Coincidence?
