Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

They’re consolidating for arguments - helps everyone out unless there’s something that needs an urgent decision like an injunction.

They should add these to the packaging:

  • Worried about what to do about that subpoena?
  • Dreading giving that deposition?

Something tells me they’ve been consuming this in large quantities since last year! Sort of catch-me-if-you-can, whack-a-mole logic, or if one pretends it isn’t happening, maybe it isn’t! The story of their lives.

As part of the damages she suffered from having been shot. It will depend on how the civil case goes.

So, you, @CurrentlyHorseless, are saying she has been keeping a ledger on all her expenses since August 7, 2019? I don’t think that’s how any of this works. If that’s what you are indicating, I sure hope she has kept accurate receipts all this time!

I feel quite certain Michael Barisone’s tremendous losses can be itemized in great, exact detail based on his historical record of earnings from clinics, boarders, clients, etc. Gonna be HUGE!

Legal Eagles: Since GAS’ filing on 1/27 states that defense counsel agreed to the new schedule, does that mean it is a foregone conclusion that on 2/17 the new judge will grant GAS’s motion to extend discovery per the dates in the 1/27 filing?

Also - the new deadline for LK’s deposition is 3/30/2023. Isn’t MB’s next Krol hearing scheduled for March? Do we know that date? If it happens before LK’s deposition, how likely is the outcome of the hearing to affect her state of mind?

I am thinking that if MB is released into some kind of step-down program (or fully released), LK is going to be fit to be tied and her attorney is going to have a bit of a problem trying to get her through the deposition.

His loss of earnings stems from the actions of the State of New Jersey and SS, not LK. Is he suing either of those entities?

His losses are because LK chose to mentally torment him and planned to physically harm him and others on the farm instead of choosing to leave.

Discovery motions agreed to by the parties are customarily granted.

March 8th is the date for the next Krol hearing unless it gets changed.

What matters is the “proximate cause” of his loss of earnings. The proximate cause of his being unable to work is that he’s been in jail and involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital and suspended by SS.

 oh my dear, you’ve put the cart in front of the horse I’m sorry to say, and the civil jury will agree with me.

If not for Lauren Kanarek and her co conspirators’ plan to destroy Michael Barisone, he would be happily living his life these past almost 5 years!!

If only she’d left none of this would have happened to so many people. It is 100% her responsibility.
