So, you, @CurrentlyHorseless, are saying she has been keeping a ledger on all her expenses since August 7, 2019? I don’t think that’s how any of this works. If that’s what you are indicating, I sure hope she has kept accurate receipts all this time!
I feel quite certain Michael Barisone’s tremendous losses can be itemized in great, exact detail based on his historical record of earnings from clinics, boarders, clients, etc. Gonna be HUGE!
Legal Eagles: Since GAS’ filing on 1/27 states that defense counsel agreed to the new schedule, does that mean it is a foregone conclusion that on 2/17 the new judge will grant GAS’s motion to extend discovery per the dates in the 1/27 filing?
Also - the new deadline for LK’s deposition is 3/30/2023. Isn’t MB’s next Krol hearing scheduled for March? Do we know that date? If it happens before LK’s deposition, how likely is the outcome of the hearing to affect her state of mind?
I am thinking that if MB is released into some kind of step-down program (or fully released), LK is going to be fit to be tied and her attorney is going to have a bit of a problem trying to get her through the deposition.
What matters is the “proximate cause” of his loss of earnings. The proximate cause of his being unable to work is that he’s been in jail and involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital and suspended by SS.
