@CurrentlyHorselessmaybe “you should bother” to read the filings before talking about things like mitigating losses (room service, lol!) and proximate cause.
It might “help you” to actually “understand” what is going on, ya know, since you were not there and have no first hand knowledge and all that.
Just a thought, since we all know you like to be “well educated” in the topics you are talking about.
If they finally produce the transcripts, I would hope Mr. D compares them to the transcripts that were sent to SS and elsewhere. Just because I’m very cynical.
ETA: Ha! @Sdel, who is obviously also a cynic, beat me to it.
Observation 1: For someone who professes to not be an attorney, you sure do have a penchant for making proclamations about the law.
Observation 2: For someone who professes to not be in contact with the K-Klan, you sure do have a penchant for telegraphing what the K’s intentions are.
(OK, I lied. They are observations 1001 and 1002.)
I am not a lawyer or even a “legal professional” like @ekat and @Knights_Mom. Keep that in mind when you read my thoughts on legal matters, such as ‘I think it’s bizarre anyone imagines the civil trial will be moved out of NJ.’
I am not in contact with the Kanareks. What do you imagine I have “telegraphed” about their intentions?
