If it’s in a court filing under “information and belief” I don’t accept that as proof it happened.

Which court filing? Dieningers answer to the civil suit? I’ve forgotten most of that if I ever read it.

Is they were the rumor comes from? A by information and belief statement by Chris Deininger?

It might “help you” to actually “understand” what is going on, ya know, since you were not there and have no first hand knowledge and all that.

I am not a lawyer or even a “legal professional” like @ekat and @Knights_Mom. Keep that in mind when you read my thoughts on legal matters, such as ‘I think it’s bizarre anyone imagines the civil trial will be moved out of NJ.’

I am not in contact with the Kanareks. What do you imagine I have “telegraphed” about their intentions?
