Its becoming obvious, if it wasn’t already, that the K klan is completely obsessed with finding out who among us is connected to MB and knows something about what went down on the 7th enough to want to keep and eagle eye on this thread. I could see The Ks coming on once every few months to brush up and laugh at the gossip, but this kind of anxious scruitiny, especially when there is so much going on in their own daily lives, makes me really suspicious of them really being desperately convinced that they are going to get some tid bit of information out of this group on this thread, as though someone here knows something and is close to MB. There can only be that one reason for watching this thread. why else would they care what some old biddies gossiped about on a bulletin board?
But haven’t they yet noticed that no one connected to MB has a social media presence, beyond promoting their (all very successful) businesses and posting picture of family and horses? Other than that, no one is around on social media. Anywhere. The whole bunch of MB people in his small circle and in the wide world are not posting anything on SM, never have, and certainly won’t start now, and certainly not about the trial. If there is anyone who knows him, or knows what happened to him or his people or familiy in August of 2019, you won’t ever find out about them on SM, because they aren’t they type to use SM like that.
[Edit] So bizzare. I have never run into people on the losing side of a court case so desperate to fish in a muddy pond like this before.
Who cares what we think? Who cares what the few people here who were part of the social circle LK once brushed shoulders with years ago think or say? Why would the side opposing MB care what a BB thinks?
Just go live your life [edit]. There’s nothing here that’s going to illuminate your case. What could you possibly be thinking?

Which really makes the whole “story” of what happened suspicious in and of itself. My guess is that if one wants to know the truth….one just has to go back and see what ideas LK and IM knee-jerk reacted to the most.

That’s just it. What makes them think we actually know anything? Don’t they know who was there? Why would anyone here know? And even if someone here did, so what, don’t they know? What’s the point of digging around? They know all the players. They know all the lawyers. They know who knows what. Why toy with this bulletin board? Its useless to them and to the law suit. Even if we postulate how the moon came down and did the deed, what does that mean to the K’s? What do they care that we said that? I just don’t get it. What’s the point of nosing around legal-types that aren’t lawyers, and nosing around the few lawyers on here that actually are or were lawyers but practiced in other states, in other legal disciplines to see what they think? [Edit]
Is it to get free legal advice because you’re too cheap to pay for a lawyer? it can’t be that, because can you imagine how useless we are as legal advisors? They couldn’t possibly rely on this BB for legal strategy.
What possible use could any of their time here be to them? And yet, here they, and their devotees, are? To what possible gain?

Yeah, but even if that were true, so what? So do they. So what’s the point? They must know by now that we don’t, not really, all we do is speculate. So what is the point of perseverating over this BB? So what that a BB of old biddies gossip about the event? What do they care? I just don’t get it. I mean, its 430 in the morning. IM was here 2 hours ago. 2 freaking am, he was online checking out this stupid BB. he’s here all times of the day, every day. His legal woes won’t be solved here.
Anyway, I won’t continue the rant. I said my piece, lol.

If they had it and were going to hand it ti MBs lawyers tgey did it a long time ago and it isn’t going to be talked about 9n this bulletin board, and if so, it’s done, and Ks will find put from their lawyers. I still don’t get it.

I wonder if GAS is aware that if someone Googles his name, or Kirsch, Stone & Morgan, the top result is for a website at tellmeaboutyourcase.com? That website is for the firm, but none of the images load.
I found a blurb about him at thenationaltriallawyers.org/members/gregg-stone/ , and the website link for him points to ksmlawoffice.com - which actually goes to the same site as above - tellmeaboutyourcase.com.
Furthermore, another result on the Google search indicated an email address of kirsch-law.com. And that points right back to tellmeaboutyourcase.com.
Methinks he needs to hire someone to get his online presence straightened out.

IMHO, IM and/or KK and/or LK herself (under an alter) is on here to:
- See if anyone here may know something that indicates they are in contact with MB or the defense counsels (either directly or via a third party).
- See if anyone has learned about some bombshell information the K’s are desperately trying to keep quiet.
- Try to figure out who is who IRL.
- Feed or receive info via PM with certain posters.
- Flag posts for the Mods.
- “Like” CH’s posts.

Silly, he (Jonathan Kanarek - @Inigo-montoya) is up gathering and organizing the items that are asked for in the subpoena so he can provide them as part of discovery. Remember, he has told us all that he really wants to be helpful.

On the other hand why does anyone here care about when and why the Kanarek logins are beings used and by whom? The paranoid narcissism in that family can’t be explained.
Of course they, at least one of them, want to know who everyone is in real life because that is their MO to harass, belittle, threaten, etc.
Do you recall a post I made years ago very sarcastically implying I was in the bed of MB’s truck and had seen it all? All hell broke lose for days! That post was twisted, analyzed, reposted, tagged, manipulated and caused all sorts of wedgies. If I remember correctly it was before their determined search for my identity was announced. It’s what they do! They are so compelled to worry about who might know or speculate about the truth about them or maybe know someone who does. Their reaction to that post was remarkably telling and fostered their ideas that maybe there might be someone who actually saw what happened that day. Panic squared.
The Kanareks bit off much more than they could chew with this entire situation, from the split second the collective decision to destroy Michael Barisone was made to filing all the law suits immediately thinking guilty verdicts were a slam dunk! Such Master thinkers dug themselves a really deep hole they can’t get out of and have an active player they can’t control in any way. Panic and desperation and the constant need for attention, even the tiny bit of support from CH, SM, HH and others, is enough to feed that attention thirst and cause them to come look to say, “see, we do have someone who likes us”!
It really is time they consider dropping their suits and begin negotiating with Barisone to settle his countersuit. It’s sad to consider there isn’t enough money in “the bank” to repair the damage they’ve done to Michael Barisone, his reputation and his life. We all know the Kanareks will not weather the remainder of this saga well but they can’t allow themselves to lose.
