Legal folks - if I am reading the filings correctly, the court decisions scheduled for 2/17 will be for:
- Motion for contempt against JK, filed by Silver on 1/18
- Motion to compel discovery from KK (deposition of KK and transcripts), filed by Deininger on 1/8
- Motion to extend discovery filed by Stone on 1/27
- Anything else?
And for Stone’s motion to extend discovery - will there be separate decisions for each proposed date extension, or one decision granting or denying ALL the proposed new dates?

I learned early on not to ice skate with my husband. I used to figure skate (with little talent). He was a hockey player, and an excellent skater. One bodycheck, and I was done.
I do miss skating, but am never going back to it with the ton of disabilities I have these days. I bet DH could still skate well.

I can’t help but think that while we are debating all things hamster and donut that the Ks are occupying their time relentlessly contacting Greystone staff and at least 2 judges as well as doctors.
In this I would like to be wrong.

Also, if Judge T were to say that MB was still a danger to himself and others that Mr. B and Mr. D should ask then why is he being held without treatment all this time. Maybe even bring in a Civil Rights Attorney to join them for this hearing.

You are correct, that is what’s out there pending.
On the discovery extensions, I can’t imagine he will do much more than sign off on all of it since the motion says they are all in agreement and no one has filed any objections yet.

There doesn’t seem to have been any repercussions to-date. For sure several complaints were submitted about Taylor and Nagel and nothing was done. It is certainly interesting how all this appears to continue to be adversarial rather than rehabilitative.
I’m glad I don’t live in NJ. I would not be pleased with my tax dollars being wasted for vengeance.
