What records are those, LexInVa?

Oh look, Lauren Kanarek still is struggling with giving a deposition. In a lawsuit she initiated.

She want’s “limitations”.

Cue the crocodile tears, fluttering eyelashes and sniffing “I don’t remember!” since pleading the 5th is out in a civil case that you brought to court (correct? The fifth, not the theatrical waterworks).

Yes. The guy hired to watch the barn, it would seem.

Wasn’t that Mr. Hay Guy? The lovely gentleman on the stand?

ETA - anyone can answer that, I’m not trying to burden LexInVa who probably has more than enough to do already!

That filing is a thing of beauty.

So much I wanted to copy over here but it would have ended up being the entire document.

And a questions, LK wants limitations, what does that involve? Could it be that she wants a teddy bear sitting beside her or wants to limit who is in the room with her, or who she WANTS in the room???

By that she means the same limitations offered to 48 Hours, which were “I’ll say whatever I want to say and you won’t ask me any questions about what I don’t want to say or anything I don’t want said as a matter of public record!”.

Ha! Can you say “I’m guilty” without actually saying “I’m guilty”?

He left out the part that MB paid $5,000 for a bug sweep and found nothing.

Because bugs DO NOT TRANSMIT, THEY COLLECT.

A third lawyer? LK’s FB friend? I have a screenshot of at least one FB friend of LK stating they were a lawyer.

Today is going to be hard for you here with today’s filings. Perhaps go and enjoy the day.

No, I’ve said all along there were no bugs posted except maybe at the locker and I think RG recorded every conversation he had. Barn people gossip. Stressed people confide in friends, friends talk to friends. Someone always gets back to the person being talked about. No one keeps secrets.

Where are these documents? I have looked at the Exhibits for MB’s response to GAS, see a lot of redaction, but I don’t see this.

The audio surveillance devices that Lauren Shay Kanarek and Robert Guy Goodwin alluded to in their communications would have certainly been passive devices and not active ones that continuously record and transmit to their phones or the iPad that Lauren used on a daily basis. Most likely, the devices used Bluetooth to communicate with the phones or iPad and would only emit active signals when transmitting data or activated for configuration or maintenance purposes. If they had knowledge of the sweep via recorded audio, it’s probable that the devices were disabled entirely or removed before the sweep, leaving no trace, as a bug sweep involves searching for active radio signals/RF emissions with a signal detector and/or physically disassembling and examining various objects or structures that could conceal a recording device or equipment.

Can MB’s team use Attorney Tarshis’s statement that the K’s do not fault MB for the shooting (not to blame MH for it) at the next Krol hearing?

They start at page 84 in MB’s response. Exhibits I, J, and K.

They are dark and blurry.

Edit to add: that’s an enlarged portion of one of those pages.

It’s a good thing no one broke in and your dog didn’t bite anyone so this crowd could call him Cujo and a dangerous dog.

Your dog sounds awesome to me. Doing it’s job.

Thank you!
