Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

Oh…and screw the cookies. Today I had cobbler. Not pie, but in the family.

What did she post? Sorry I missed it, scrolled back can’t find…

Tim Horton’s coffee does suck. McDonald’s is actually quite a bit better.

I believe the response was to my question if the video Lauren Shay Kanarek posted of the young girl in Target(?) was before or after the shooting. You know, the video where she followed the girl and her friend around the store making fun of how she was dressed. She even continued videoing as she got in line behind the girl at checkout. Then she posted the video on FB, you know, doing the kind of thing Lauren likes to do for fun and laughs.

Oh. Yes. I do remember that - that is not something one forgets…. Cruel….

I remember she was upset when I postulated that the younger woman she was videoing AND MOCKING could have been a minor.

Lauren Kanarek certainly didn’t like that line of questioning. But was it because she suspected the person being mocked was a minor? Or was she angry that someone was clearly younger than herself?

Right, it was a “blooper” video per Lauren. Dang, I’m a fairly intelligent person who has seen many, many “blooper” videos, and that video wasn’t anything more than two middle aged adults following two much younger people dressed in short, child like clothing. Blooper? Blooper definition: a mistake or error. The only mistake or error was Lauren Shay Kanarek following and videoing two strangers and posting it on social media.

Of course Lauren’s supporters found no fault with her behavior and actually laughed at the two unsuspecting strangers. So cool to be bullies.

I really wonder how the Kanareks plan on whitewashing all the inappropriate past behavior to convince a civil jury they are poor little victims. Oh wait, it will be the job of their esteemed attorney to make them look somewhat presentable and normal. Good luck with that! Total strangers saw right through them after the brief time they were presented on 48 Hours!

I can hear Bilinkas/Deininger now, “Who does that?!”

I love that she does stuff like calling that video a blooper because it’s so obvious what it is we don’t have to convince anyone of anything. They clearly see who and what she is and together we are all like

My mother would do bread, butter, sugar, and cinamon.

“Deal with it.” Made me laugh so hard.

Well, if you didn’t suspect already, this is proof positive Lauren Shay Kanarek is no actress. If she had ever been in front of a camera she would know the definition of a “blooper” piece of film. Just because you are laughing at someone who (once again, LK, ) doesn’t know they are being filmed doesn’t make a “blooper”.

I was really disappointed with Grandads. But I know they are much loved. To be a good Hamiltonian you have to love Grandad’s donuts, Roma Pizzas and the Ti-cats, lol. I’m striking out! But I do go for Hutch’s fish and chips.

For Valentine’s Day, which do you prefer, candy or roses? Or both!

OMGosh, I never heard of that. It looks awful! (Sorry, not sorry). :upside_down_face:

Dark chocolate only (never milk) fro La Maison du Chocolat AND fresh flowers (but not roses).

I do Galentine’s Day with my daughter each year. We sit down at La Maison and I get a glass of champagne and she gets a fancy soft drink. I get the set of three chocolates and she gets a pastry.

Then, like a tiny miracle, we take 3 steps to the shop literally next door and it’s…Jo Malone! We smell all the perfumes and check out what’s new each year and finally decide on one scent each and they engrave the metal bottle tops for us and we glide home feeling very special indeed!

LOVE Galentine’s Day! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :gift_heart:

I love chocolates but can skip over the flowers because my cats would destroy them. A dinner out is a nice treat but restaurants are so crowded by us so we celebrate on a different day.
Many times it is just a quiet evening at home on the actual day.

I tell my husband what I’d like to get so it makes it easier for him. This year my hint is a spring bouquet and Snowcaps. And a card where he professes his undying love for me.

He likes a certain foreign chocolate so I get that for him. We never go out to eat on V Day because I hate it. It’s crowded and the menus are limited. I prefer to go out another night where it’s not crowded.

Are snowcaps the candy?
