Have you done any X-rays of the neck or withers? How does he do with proprioceptive tests?
I would say that really didn’t block out much at all. I think you have a whole limb dysfunction especially with him loading his foot unevenly. But I don’t know if the lameness stems from the limb. It doesn’t look particularly painful despite how short he is stepping.
