Recommendations for Dressage Trainer in Tryon/Landrum area?

Jennifer Baumert, Cloverlea Dressage (and formerly from Connecticut) will be based at Cross Creek Farm in Columbus, beginning this April.

I am a long time client of Jennifer’s and will also be moving to NC in the spring. Please PM me if you have questions about Jen.

Cynthia Payne
She studied for 4 years with Anky van Grunsven, Sjef Janssen… In her training, the wellbeing of the horse comes first and her style is very classical.

:lol

I am NOT poking fun at Cynthia…just the statement made my laugh;)

Since the OP mentioned she was from the down east area of NC, she might like to stop by the Ag Center in Williamston this weekend (3/28 through 3/30) and watch some of the March Magic Dressage Show. There will be many trainers at the show & it’s always a good place to watch someone school a client, ride, or just to be inspired. If anyone comes out, please take time to hunt me up and introduce yourself. Just ask for the staffing coordinator – Sue B. – and you’ll be sent my way. May all of those showing be safe, and have terrific rides. May all horses stay healthy. And may all the judges have a sense of humor.

Carol Bishop is wonderful…travels to the Tryon Area weekly.
She is a fabulous teacher, great with all kinds of horses and judges as well, so always knows the judges perspective!
