Pulling this thread out of the graveyard…can anyone help me identify what I just bought, oh ye isabelle experts? I have a wintec bates isabelle, no size tag but the seat measures a 16" (the normal seat size I ride in for a c/c), no CAIR stamp anywhere. No knee blocks. Does this mean I have an “old” model that is flocked?
Does it def. have to say CAIR to be CAIR? And if it’s the older model with the deep seat, why does the 16" run true to size on me?
Also it has an overgirth on it and the adjustable off-set billets (not sure I am describing that properly) but looks like a very basic saddle to me.
Seat is relatively deep but I didn’t feel like I couldn’t move in it, I actually really enjoyed riding in it, it feels like an old pair of favorite sweat pants so to speak.
