Findeight, I don’t know which other site you’re referring to, but there’s no reason why anyone shouldn’t be able to use the site now, or after the upgrade.
Janet, yes, the upgrade should include improved performance. In fact, of Infopop’s six or so server clusters, ours got the upgrade first because of the recent performance problems. The problems, obviously, are not completely fixed, but they should improve.

I’m playing with the colors. Unfortunately, the only way I can see how they look is to actually apply them, and check the BB to see how they turned out!
Anyway, we’ll try this combination for a bit and see what folks think…

I have to use my Mac Write Pro as a spell check. I would love to not have soooo many programs open at once. My computer will crash less if the new software has spell check.

The only thing I am still not a bit sold on is the ‘location’ being underneath a post. Seems it’s going to make pages seem a lot longer, and I always wind up reading the ‘location’ as part of the post and confusing myself!

It reminds me of the old joke where two novice pilots flying a new airplane try to land at an airport they’ve never been to. Time after time they try to land, but the runway is too short! Finally with much screeching of brakes and fishtailing they finally get the plane down on the tarmac.
Pilot: I can’t believe how SHORT this runway is!
Co-pilot: Yes, but look how WIDE it is!
