There’s a Forage Only FB group where you can ask questions…be aware that the admin and mod are both brand reps for unbeatable. I’ve had to unfollow the group itself because some of the advice from people is bananas.
It might vary from store to store, but my TSC definitely still has the shreds. They only carry the w/ molasses product though. You can ask your TSC to order it if they’re of the ordering kind LOL But, many other stores carry Unbeetable, so if there’s another feed store near enough, call them and ask.
I was literally just in my local TSC and they had plenty of the beet pulp shreds…like…more than I’ve ever seen. I think there were a couple bags of the beet pulp pellets too and a few bags of the Forage Only. Interestingly, no Complete, which is what I’ve been feeding my guy for a few months now. I almost bet they accidentally ordered too many bags of shreds and no Complete. I’ve never seen that many bags of the shreds, and they always have at least a bag or two (or more) of the Complete.
Actually, it’s corporate that places the orders. Sometimes the warehouse screws up shipping (more often than not). Or someone purchased them all before you came.
Ok thanks. I did look online and for some reason it wasn’t coming up. Kinda annoyed that Standlee changed their beet pulp pellets.
Ha ha yeh, I think I was on that group before but left it for the same reasons you mentioned. I’ll go check it out again.
Same with mine. I’ve been ordering mine through Chewy
Last week I ordered Unbeetable BP pellets from chewy because they were $1 cheaper than my local TSC - nearly $2 if you put them on auto ship!
Chewy has been more consistent with Forage Only inventory so I’ve just been doing that! The authorship savings is nice.
Has anyone compared the Unbeetable beet pulp shreds to Speedi-Beet? I’ve only ever used Speedi-Beet, but it seems so much more expensive than the Unbeetable.
Yeh I think I’ll probably order from Chewy. I get a bit skeeved out by my local TSC. Though I don’t buy pellets feed there (I just get BP), I always go look at the bags and play the game of ‘is that dust on the bags or is it mites’. Most of the time it is mites and can see these things crawling all over the bags
