Of course! There are stable building kits, you can make tack and other equipment by hand like lifeishorsesarelove mentioned, even paint or customize your horses (they have paintable ones, you can make it look like your horse 
)
But of course you can build whatever interests you, ships, cars, etc. I remember constructing a see through horse with internal anatomy that required painting and assembly, which was pretty cool. I think they have them for a bunch of different animals.[/QUOTE]
