In general, we call them all “catties.” The ones in my house, in general, get called “poopers.” But, my dogs and even my DS get that same nickname. 
T.S. Eliot’s book of Practical Cats is one of my favorites! My kits all have many more than three names.
Dempsey: Demp, Dump, Dumpster, the King, My Liege Lord, Little Lord Fauntleroy, the Emperor. It’s easy to see who runs the household, or who believes he does.
Duchess: Dutchie, Dusky, Dutch-mite, I love Lamp. Dutch is not bright but sweet.
Skeeter: Skeet, Skeets Malone, Doop-E-doop-e-doop, Sleeping Cat. Skeeter is, clearly, the cat that sleeps with me.
I have variants of “meower.”
Momma’s Meower.
The Meows. This one is always used for a plural situation. I don’t think I refer to one cat as a meow.

“Catslice” as in; “What’s up, Catslice?” when he comes strutting in the door.
Dinosaur name: “Fee-Rex”

I think cats-- collectively-- can now be called The Kracken. There’s a thread above that establishes that name.
Well, Neville’s obvious nickname is Neville-Devil.
Also: Fuzz-fuzz, Mistah Fuzz, Fuzz Da Mau, Kitty Mau, Mister Mau, Fluffer-butt, Fuzzuzu. Oh, and Kitty Pants.
“Norman Bates” is sitting next to me as I type.
But I’m not afraid.
Becky - Hootch (because when she trots she looks like she’s doing the hootchie cootichie)
Bestest (because I tell her she’s the "best little cat in the whole wide world)

My cat gets called Meez Meez and she always shows up when I call her that:) She is kind of feral and lives in my barn

Our kitten (Simba) gets called Kit Tan or Ditch Cat if he’s being bad (he was found in a ditch, he occasionally needs a reminder of his origins lol).
