I have ordered from them twice, they are excellent. When I had questions they responded promptly and were helpful with sizing. Shipping on the boots was $50ish to the US and didn’t take as long as you’d think. 10 days or so the first time, less than a week the second. I would definitely order from them again.

I also think that if you buy boots that aren’t skintight, which seems to be the trend, the stiffer ones are not uncomfortable.
I have a pair of DeNiro dressage boots that I picked up on a ridiculous sale. They are a 36 short. They are somewhat roomier in the leg that I think many people wear their boots and I find them surprisingly comfortable. The ankle broke in just enough that I can walk in them comfortably, but they still have that somewhat stiff shaft that I like.
