Not sure if she's a "good western mover" but... ;-p

ROFL

I’m not sure if she would be considered a “good western mover” but my little appendix filly certainly likes her sliding stops! LOL!

I call this video the “Lyric, while being silly runs into her mother, blames ME for it, sticks out her tongue and then executes a perfect sliding stop into the longe line” video.

Heh. I expected many things from this pairing, but REINER wasn’t one of them. ;-p

Edited to add: I forgot she threw a couple into this video too… but they’re head on and harder to see. LOL! So this isn’t a “new” trend.

What a cutie. Love her little bucks and rears. I don’t know anything about stock type but I really love her natural talent!

She’s cute! And I bet she thinks she’s real tough!

heehee, She thinks that she is just such a bada** but she is the sweetest little cream puff you have ever met in your life. She is one of the softest, kindest foals I have ever been around.

I found this one today from a few months ago… I think I should call it: “Lyric practices her large fast circles.” (listen for the little whinny!)

The true irony is that I was aiming for a nice, great-minded lower level hunter/dressage hony that would cart my wimpy amateur butt around baby novice, trail ride, chase cows, and do whatever we felt like doing. (like her mama does now)

She definitely looks like she’s going to be EXACTLY what I “ordered,” but apparently the genetics gods decided to throw in a side of working quarter horse. I caught her cutting the barn cat in the arena this morning. ;-p

I see reining in her future lol. Seriously she is to cute

What an adorable filly! But poor Mama Horse! In the Large Fast Circles video, I could tell Mama was having hard time while being worked what the Soon-to-be-Racehorse child was sprinting around!
