Nope, not gone…using IE9 (and it just appeared today)

I did all of the above and it is still there… Firefox.
Just had it show up for the first time tonight on IE (7 I think). Not there in Firefox (on same computer). The refresh steps did not get rid of it from IE.
Funny I kept seeing the title of this thread and wondering what y’all were talking about. And now I know!
Firefox user here, on a Mac. It is at the top of the page whether I am signed in or not. Tried to clear it out with the directions, but it did not work.
I refreshed, cleared cashe, reset the browser, and logged out/back in. I use Safari on a Mac and still see the message.
It’s back for me today. Mozilla Firefox.
The “Sorry, you can only use your validation link once for security reasons.” message is back for me now. Hard refresh does not remove this time. I’m using Chrome.
It somehow disappeared on it’s own for me. (I have not shut down my computer or anything.)

Hi, I’m getting this message using Internet Explorer 9 today.
The only change I know about on my computer is I downloaded Expat Shield on Sunday the 29th in order to watch the Equestrian events at the Olympics. I have the Expat Shield currently turned off though.
I have it as well, using chrome
