Olympic Dressage Rider??

Apparently someone’s not getting enough attention since the other threads have been shut down.

Outside of the above - maybe the person in question from the original was someone who rode for a team other than USA/Canada? You hear about these people that don’t have quite the chops to get on a USA Olympic team with dual citizenship getting there in various sports through their other country of citizenship.

Well, Pam is a no nonsense, no drama, if you aren’t willing to do the work don’t bother riding with her kind of trainer. She won’t blow sunshine. I am guessing that has a lot to do with it.
I remember the first time I rode with her (after having my horse finish top 15 at I-2 for HOTY and getting my gold medal on him with scores up to 72%). She got on him and said - “you ride this crooked thing grand prix?”. I responded ‘don’t hold back Pam, tell me what you really think’ We have been friends ever since - almost 20 years lol.
She then proceeded to bang out a line of beautiful one tempis on him.

ETA - Pam hasn’t been on any Olympic Teams, but certainly she has been on the US Team for the Pan Am Games.

Having minor surgery this week, now I have sone catching up to do while resting up afterwards…

Pam Goodrich used to do clinics at a friend’s farm in western Michigan. She’s harsh as hell in her verbiage, but a fantastic teacher and rider! She’s a riot when you get to know her style.

Hopefully sometime in the last 11 years, OP’s boss filled her in on mystery Pam’s last name.

Yes, one wonders why LaLa is so anti Pam? Curious.
