Owwie sores where seam meets skin

I would simply not wear the brands that cause rubs.

But, if you are going to wear a layer under your breeches in summer, perhaps Underarmour Heatgear would be an option.

Anstaadt Das caused that for me…because the freakin’ deerskin was too sticky and it stuck to the saddle and I moved inside. Someone once said they must be too big then, but I don’t like wearing sausage casings. Too hard to squirm in and out of.

You can get knee wraps to wear under your breeches till they heal. You will never get rubs again. Any pharmacy sells them. They are kind of like large bandaids but go around your whole knee.

DEFINITELY LOOKING INTO!

I haven’t had the knee chafing problem since I switch to my dressage saddle from hunters- I don’t keep much bend or contact with my knee- but it was a constant problem for me in my hunt saddle. When I rode in jeans, I wrapped my knee in an ace bandage. It sounds bulky, but after a ride or so I didn’t notice it anymore. My sister had the same problem and would either cut the foot off of a tube sock and pull the tube over her knee, or she would cut a 10 inch piece of nylon and slide that over her knee.
