@Airfern I have heard very good things about Jessica Wisdom, who’s based out of Emerald Valley.

The dressage trainer at Emerald Valley is Jessica Wisdom, I have some friends who work with her and like her a lot, I’ve met her and she seems nice, seen her coaching at shows and her students tend to do well. The dressage trainer at Farmhill is Suzan Atkinson who I have ridden with a couple of times and my trainer works with a lot, she’s good and again, students tend to do well at shows. I haven’t personally been to either of those facilities, just know the trainers. I’m not familiar with WRA Equestrian Center.
Look around Sherwood, Tigard, Wilsonville, Oregon City, lots of options, but it isn’t cheap. Devonwood is a premier place for us. I live in this area, and love it. Centrally located where Portland isn’t far, nor the airport. The beach is only about 1-1.5 hours away, mountains too if you’re into skiing/snowboarding.

A friend has a incredibly beautiful beautiful farm in Oregon wine country. West if I-5. An hour from Portland an hour from ocean. Check out property in Sheridan Oregon. 63 ± mostly flat ground.
