PETA "rescues" for hurricanes Harvey and Irma

Is deeply alarmed that the pet murderers at PETA have “rescued” pets from Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. PETA kills well over 90% of the critters they take in.
I’d compare a “rescue” by PETA for any beloved creature, to a “rescue” of a Jew by the nazi SS.

PETA = Night Soil, Bovine, Male

I was very concerned for these animals which were taken away by Peta. They are anything but safe with people like this.

Not a fan of PETA, but suffice to say there is a lot of misinformation on social media about what some societies, organizations and rescues are doing. and are not doing.

Warning. There are graphic and disturbing photos. the fact that PETA put down nearly all the animals given to them for re-homing is well documented. PETA philosophy is against companion animals and the use of animals in sport.

This is from their own website.

“This selfish desire to possess animals and receive love from them causes immeasurable suffering, which results from manipulating their breeding, selling or giving them away casually, and depriving them of the opportunity to engage in their natural behavior. They are restricted to human homes, where they must obey commands and can only eat, drink, and even urinate when humans allow them to.”

Here’s their view on riding horses.

“In a perfect world, horses would be free to pursue their own lives without human interference. Horses are herd animals, who naturally associate with large numbers of other horses, graze in meadows, trot great distances, play, and court. Domestication has certainly not benefited horses, as they’ve long been exploited as beasts of burden and are kept constantly constrained and only allowed to move about at the will of others.”

They simply do not want people to ride horses or have companion animals. That is their belief system.

Hurricane IRIS? Might want to go back and edit that.

I think the biggest misinformation about PETA is that they ‘do good work’

PETA has done some amazing work exposing torture in laboratory and industrial farming, and then unfortunately they completely diminished that powerful voice by disavowing the entire partnership between domesticated animals and humans. If I truly believed dogs, cats and horses were suffering as companion animals I would be the first to join PETA’s ranks, but common sense, a lifetime lived with these species, and a mountain of empirical data indicate that both species benefit when domesticated animals and qualified human caretakers come together. It’s a shame, they should stick to the powerful exposes and stop murdering pets.

Have to agree with that… if they would spend 1/2 half to care for animals of what they pay for celebrities to “model” ads for them… SMH.

I thought I had a strong stomach. I cannot look at the photos in that link.

What is wrong with people?

Well, obviously everything I wrote or anything anyone stated in response, is totally invalidated by the typo or autocorrect, who knows, of Iris for Irma.

Now corrected.
