c. Have tried a few different supplements for ulcers/settling the tummy without much success.

Have you tried medication and not just supplements?

Also, I would suggest maybe an equine dentist instead of your regular vet.

I experimented with a case of 6 tubes of Ulcerguard to see if I’d notice any visible difference in her behavior or temperament, in addition to UGuard and Smart Gut Ultra, but that is all. My vet and I will continue to work on differentials together as we rule things out.
