I obviously have too much time on my hands today.

Now he rides Jumpers too (well, sort of…)

I am the worst photographer in the world, and I continue to be amazed at the poor quality photos he posts. Even in an indoor I could do better than most of these.

Double snort!

Russian nesting doll…are those those wooden dolls that you open them up and there’s another one inside, open that one and there’s another one, etc, etc???

This really makes up for Gary Larson retiring - I’ve laughed so hard my ribs ache. It feels like we’re all in the Twighlight Zone with this guy. I live in Iowa and I have never heard of him - ever - how did he gain the interest of our normally sensible midwesterners?

if you’re going to be posting comments on his page, can you at least indicate which one?? there’s two or three to keep track of!! LOL

They were both so light that the camera couldn’t keep up!

Ok, I’m new to dressage. Are you supposed to be crossing your hand over the withers? I was under the impression that this was a no no?

Hey everybody – here are the clinic videos.

Clearly, you are ignorant to his unique method. You should invite him out for a clinic, it’s the only way to understand it.

I was told to drop my stirrups when I crossed my reins over the withers. It was a big no-no in my barn.

Lol, I’ll pass… My budget is saved for clinicians that pass a vet…

Definitely not getting anything productive done again if this keeps up.[/QUOTE]

If that blogger did attend to watch, she must have gotten there late… I have a friend that went (I know, friends don’t let friends ride with crappy trainers) and she told me he didn’t even arrive until 2pm!! Who drives to Iowa in Januray???

Sparky - I think we need a clinic recap from your friend!

I second that!!!

Thirded!

I have typed and deleted a message three times on his Facebook page. i just can’t bring myself to invite the crazy.

There were a couple of critical comments on his YouTube videos earlier. Now they are gone and the comment function is disabled.

Only if you want to be hung by your thumbs!!

The thing that gets me the most is that he thinks is appropriate for a 20 yo western trained horse to just Piaffe. Pouf! No matter the horse has had no training and muscling to support such a movement. I can ignore if people are dumb enough not to be able to tell shit from shinola, but asking a horse to out of the blue on do something they have no training and basis for is Mule Fritters!

ETA: Ok, not that he is actually preforming the movement, but you know what I mean.
