How do Prestige saddles tend to fit? I remember riding in a 2000 and liking it, I have a flat-backed medium wide Irish mare with a pretty good wither. Currently going in a medium wide Wintec Isabell quite nicely. Would a MW Prestige be similar?

Prestige and Wintec fit different backs. It’s not just the tree width/shape - it’s the shape and length of the panels.
Much depends on the model. Prestige has several and they fit different types.
As also having a flat backed horse, I found the current Prestige models that fit a flat backed horse are the Helen and secondly the D1. A bit hard to find used, but possible. Equestrian Imports in FL has demo’s.
