It was on Bute to deal with unsoundness and Princess Anne didn’t know. After that, she became a keen proponent of drug controls in sport, leading to “Clean Sport”.

Some looney tried to kidnap her some time ago. He told her to get out of the car she was traveling in with Mark Phillips, having shot the Chauffer. She replied “Not bloody likely” and kept him busy until a passer by stuck one on him. The only question I had was - what was Phillips doing ?

Her riding at the Olympics got me a minute or two of my 15 minutes of fame when cbc radio had me read a little essay I wrote for school about how watching the royals at the olympics helped me realize the Queen really was a mum too. I have the book linked above and the pages are falling out I read it so often. Lol.
I have much admiration for Princess Anne. It must be quite something watching your family/ world change the way hers has lately.
