I wish you continued progress!! That’s fantastic! How old is your mare? I was told with my horse’s injury that arthroscopic surgery was only an option before the age of 2 yrs old. It makes me sick to think we missed that window of opportunity. So, all I can do now is manage it.

Sorry for reviving an old thread… I think my 9 yo is headed for arthroscopic surgery on his stifle. Today’s ultrasound showed that he probably ruptured his joint capsule back in July. It’s healed about as well as it can on its own but my vet is advising surgery to give him the best prognosis. I will have to ask about prostride in addition.
