This type of customer service is why I will never buy anything from them. They have lovely tack, but I can find far more reputable brands to buy from without the uppity attitude.
Hmm, I purchased an Antares figure 8 bridle and matching running martingale in 2010 and my daughter has used it quite a lot and not a single issue. Purchased from Smartpak at the store in Mass. But, I have never had to send it out to be worked on.
