Step 1) spray into the crack with sole cleanse and all over the hoof https://hoofhelpcanada.ca/shop/sole-cleanse/
Step 2) pack the heel crack with hoof stuff. It’s a pre made packing material https://hoofhelpcanada.ca/shop/hoof-stuff/
Step 3) I would cover the frog, frog crevices, and the heel bulb/over the crack with artimud. This would help seal in the hoof packing but also overall general thrush care https://hoofhelpcanada.ca/shop/artimud/
