Proximal Suspensory Surgery Advice - Updates at end

Hard to say. I did the surgery on mine, earlier than I wanted to due to insurance, and it ultimately didn’t help. He’s sound at the walk, and sound at the trot until you build up to about 8 minutes - then he starts to go NQR. He’s now retired.

Every time this thread comes up, I feel obligated to post about Feronia. She’s trucking along nicely. Her soundness definitely improves in the summer, when all we do is trail ride. She can be quite peppy and I enjoy riding her almost all the time.
