Yes, he never showed up for or appealed the civil case I filed so I filed for a sheriffs sale. Lots of lumber, vehicles, trailers, tools and saw mill equipment going up for auction. Many people who paid by credit card got their money refunded but there are plenty who paid with a check and are hoping this sale draws a good crowd. Sale is Jan 15th at 1:30 at 25 Industrial Dr Hanover, PA.
