This is our new Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. She’s 10 weeks old today, and we picked her up from the breeder yesterday. She is acclimating very well 
I think we are going to name her Oakhurst Zinyama Kikora, and we’ll call her Zin or Zinny. Not 100% settled on that, but it’s looking likely.
She’s headed to the show ring when she’s older!

She’s VERY cute. I love Ridgebacks, they are neat dogs. One of the vets I used to work for has one, but he is HUGE, even for the breed. She took that dog with her everywhere in her truck, and he is kind of an institution in that area. I think Angus got more christmas gifts that the vet did.

Enjoy the puppy stage! It seems so long while you’re going through it but it’s over before you know it. I look back and wonder why I didn’t take 1000 more pictures…! :lol:
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a puppy–the grown dog in the picture was my last, and she’s 8 this year.
The baby is so incredibly funny and brave and bold! She’s figured out the stairs up and down and has been very proud of herself.
