I’ll throw my hat in the ring. How often is the barn manager/owner/trainer actually IN the barn? Nothing quite like moving into a barn to learn that the barn workers have no real oversight and do not speak any English. Ended up not being a deal breaker (very active barn with lots of boarders looking out), just a bit unexpected.
