Bingo! The premier “leg guy” in our area (outside WSU) has stated that if he sees signs of OCD or the like in a weanling he would be “deeply disturbed” and steer the client away from that foal.
As far as a PPE on a weanling, they also check for hernias and (in colts) to make sure both testicles are down.
Otherwise it’s pretty basic.
