Well, some of your understanding of the physics of trailer swag is wrong. Factors in sway are also the wheelbase of the tow vehicle, the aerodynamics of the total package, and the balance of the weight inside the trailer. trailer sway can be induced in any trailer and I know this because I’ve done it, including inducing a sway situation with my bockmann that was caused by uneven tire pressures from a tire that was going flat.
Wdh do not by themselves control sway. They do correct an imbalance of tow vehicle axle weights which helps reduce sway but sway controlling hitches (sometimes both are in one design) use physical resistance to movement out-of-straight by the trailer tongue. This forces the trailer to have to overcome the opposing force to begin to sway, which greatly reduces the # of sway incidents because controlling the sway once it starts is very difficult.
None of this has anything to do with the question of passenger tires, just for future persons reading this.
