@RugBug what is the store like, how much of the online stock do they have out?? Do they have additional discounted items??
There is almost always some kind of coupon code floating around, member or not.
Never had a bad experience with them. Always quick to ship and orders are correct.
I love that they have started including more sizing information on items and model height and weight information and the size the model is wearing on more items.
In case you get a wrong size, returns are SUPER easy. Fill out the form that is in the box your order came in, put it back in the same box (or another appropriate shipping box), slap on the preprinted label that was also in the box with your order and drop it off at a UPS location.
A few years ago I ordered a pair of half chaps on clearance. When I got them, they didn’t quite fit. I saw that there was only one pair left in the size I wanted to exchange for. I called RW and they put the single pair on hold until the return pair came back then sent the new ones. That’s good service.

The store is very small - just a small amount of items in front of the warehouse. If you want to look at something or try on items, they will bring them out for you to try. But not really set up for browsing.
The store is TINY! They rotate items on and off display. There is a computer terminal that you can do some shopping at but you mostly go in there after having selected items online and are just trying on and picking up (and in my case, adding new items to the pickup). I do sometimes go in without pre-ordering when I know they have what I want, but they don’t always have exactly what I’m looking for, so I confirm on the website first.
It can take a bit of time depending if any other folks are shopping as well. You tell them what you want, they go pick it from the warehouse. That takes some time…
There is a discount bin and discount clothes but it’s often an odd assortment of stuff. I did find some paddock boots for $24 once… I always look in the bin/rack, but rarely buy.

I love Riding Warehouse. They have some great clearance deals at times and a very generous return policy. Their shipping is fast and cheap.

This thread inspired me to go check them out- I’ve never ordered from them before. They had the horse guard supplement I needed, and a labor day sale going on too. I got it for a steal! I’m in california also so I should have it by tomorrow it says. Thanks for the post! (Of course I picked up more than just the supplement, lol. Seems they have a good selection of fun stuff!)
