They know how much we love them…especially when they need us most! You were there for your dear friend, how lucky for you both to be together until the end.

So very sorry for your loss…but, like others here have said…it was so great that you could be there with him when he passed. I agree, that they do know us and appreciate the time we spend with them…he knew he was loved…still knows he’s loved.
God Bless you and help you get through the tears. Hold onto the memories. It’s hard, I know…it’s still hard for me. When you love a horse…it’s just different!!
