Another withdrawal, Lisa Barry.
Really enjoyed Matt Brown & Super Socks’ test. With a little ‘airs above ground’ at the end–it seemed like the rider was expecting it!
Matt’s test was lovely. I am so excited for him to score so well at his first Rolex.

Santino is a lovely horse and Holly rides him well. I had not really seen him before, but he definitely show a lot of potential!
The judge at E overall has much higher percentages than the other judges - can he judge my next dressage test?!
It was an awesome test for Holly and Sunny. YAY!

It’s the other blather I could do without - and the ignoring of the tests of some riders. Boo.
Yes, I felt like knocking on the screen and saying “excuse me, there’s a test going on.”
What horse got its tongue over the bit? I caught the comment but not the name. thanks in advance!
Donner had his tongue over the bit on Thursday. His owner/rider is providing commentary on the live stream now.
Poor Blythe Tate!
A lovely, lovely horse – but everything fell apart during the counter canter and flying changes…:sigh:
A lovely horse indeed but the wheels fell off in the counter canter/flying changes. I thought his score would be much worse.
Yea Hannah Sue! That was maybe the best riding I have seen - she had a 4.0 bobble and kept riding, kept her cool, and rode a superb test, moving into 5th place.
What a huge shame about Tait. Lovely horse, though not my type, definitely should have been highly competitive given their record and his paces.
I really enjoyed her test, too bad about those bobbles!
Kim Severson - now that is not a fancy moving horse at all, but geeze can she ride!!!
Some very nice riding at the top of the leaderboard! It is very reassuring to see so many American riders up to the level.
It’s especially nice knowing that so many of these riders are training and teaching and passing along their knowledge.
I am SUCH A LOSER! Max’s interview totally had me tearing up.
Poor Lisa!!! I am so bummed for her!!!
Hope everything is okay.
Kim Severson is a lovely rider!
I really enjoyed Sally’s interview though.
She says he just has tender feet from the hard ground recently.
Directly from FEI TV, in answer to an inquiry …
“I can confirm that due to the television broadcasting rights Rolex Kentucky events are geo blocked in North America.”
Of course others had shared that info with this thread yesterday … but anyway, it is confirmed once again.
A lot of Euro riders don’t want to ship a horse across the ocean twice within 6 months, it’s hard on them… some are lucky enough to have more than one Olympic contender.
friends – where will the replays be? i missed all of this AM due to a horrible bug ):

Is anyone else having trouble with the live streaming? Mine keeps going in and out.
Ifs a bit hit and miss but just got way better.
