So true! I learned this week that my newest horse apparently thinks the Hay Hut will bite his cute-but-stupid red head off. It doesn’t help at all that the other two geldings are bossy, food-hoarding jerks, but even if they’re not around he won’t stick his head all the way in without a lot of coaxing. I have to find a way for him to eat hay before all the grass is truly gone! Of course he is also lowest on the totem pole AND the hardest keeper because why wouldn’t he be??
